Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Returns are subject to a 20% Restocking fee on equipment. Programming services are not returnable or refundable at all. You will be responsible for the return shipping and the cost of the original shipping we paid sending you the item as well.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at jr@nbsystems.com. If your item is eligible to return  we will issue you an RMA Number. The RMA Number must appear on your shipping label. Please note we do not accept returns without an RMA number. If you ship an item back without an RMS Number on the label we will refuse it. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Parts are not returnable or refundable after we have shipped to you.

Warranty Issues

Items include different warranty periods. If you receive an item that does not work right out of the box within 30 days most often we can swap that item out with a replacement and provide a return shipping label. It is imperative you notify us immediately of warranty issues. We can't swap out an item at no cost to you after 30 days. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like replacement parts or programming services. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, is to communicate with us and order the item you want. Exchanges for the right equipment is always easier than a return. We are more than happy to work with you on selecting the correct items. If you have any questions please consult with us before you ever order. 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
